Salvara offers a comprehensive range of services, including Highfield-accredited first aid training, advanced education for healthcare professionals, emergency preparedness consultancy and bystander CPR education. Every course and service is designed to be practical, engaging and relevant to the environments in which our clients work and live.

Dr. Naeem Toosy is a UK-trained Emergency Medicine Consultant, educator and aeromedical specialist with over two decades of international experience across emergency medicine, air ambulance operations, commercial evacuations and repatriations, medical leadership and education.

Based in the UAE since 2014, Dr. Toosy is a Fellow of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (FRCEM) and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCS Ed). His experience includes emergency department leadership, aeromedical operations and medical education at the University of Sharjah.

Recognised with the Dubai Health Authority Distinguished Physician Award and multiple Emirates Society of Emergency Medicine educator honours, Dr. Toosy brings extensive clinical and educational expertise and knowledge of the UAE, particularly the Northern Emirates, and the Middle East to Salvara.

Through Salvara, he is passionate about improving emergency preparedness, developing healthcare professionals and empowering communities with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively when it matters most.

Throughout it, Caitriona has developed a strong passion for education and empowering others with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to respond effectively under pressure. Her experience has reinforced the importance of preparation, clear decision-making and effective teamwork in achieving better outcomes during emergencies.

As Co-Founder of Salvara, Caitriona brings together her clinical experience, leadership background and passion for education to deliver high-quality emergency training and consultancy. She is particularly focused on developing confident responders, supporting healthcare professionals and improving emergency preparedness within organisations and communities.
